ParkPlus

ParkPlus is the central parking management platform behind the City of Calgary's parking operations: payments, permits, enforcement, and customer records, syncing data across street-side pay machines, the MyParking app, and enforcement vehicles. As product lead I owned both day-to-day operations and the modernization roadmap for a $45M+ product suite.

New client onboarding ran on spreadsheets, and every deployment was a months-long manual project. Rebuilding it into a productized, multi-tenant setup cut client setup time by 90% and saved over 350 hours per client.

That work turned a single-city system into something other operators could genuinely adopt, and we implemented ParkPlus for two new municipalities in Alberta and BC.

We worked directly with the parking division's contact centers to implement a triaging tool and integrate read-only APIs, so agents saw payment and ticket details on one dashboard instead of switching between systems.

It is the same pattern I later reused at enterprise scale: put the platform's data inside the support team's workflow instead of asking them to visit yours.
