The Municipal Service Backbone
ParkPlus is the central parking management platform used by the City of Calgary’s Parking Authority. It serves as the source of truth across systems, syncing data across enforcement, payments (MyParking App), and customer records while integrating with third-party parking tools.

As the platform product lead, I managed both core operations and the future roadmap.
• Modernization: Led the strategy to support scalable integrations with external vendors.
• Orchestration Layer: Established ParkPlus as a master orchestration layer handling cross-channel data flow and policy enforcement.
