The Cloud-Based Command Center
Blackline Safety Portal is the cloud-based command center that powers the connected safety ecosystem. It enables organizations to monitor and respond to safety incidents across thousands of lone workers and hazardous environments in real time.
Used by operations teams and safety officers, the portal connects directly with wearable safety devices through proprietary message protocols, offering end-to-end visibility of workforce health.

Scaling & IoT Launch
At Blackline, I was deeply embedded with the software, firmware, and hardware teams to expand platform capabilities.
• Global Scale: Scaled the platform to support 150K+ connected workers.
• IoT Readiness: Supported the launch of 3 new IoT safety devices and 1 BI reporting tool, delivering full-stack readiness from data flow to UI.
• Enterprise API: Designed and shipped a client-facing API product so clients could integrate device data into their own dashboards.
• Global Scale: Scaled the platform to support 150K+ connected workers.
