Unified Academic Management
iStudyApp brought students, parents, and teachers onto a single platform, streamlining everything from attendance and assignment tracking to real-time parent notifications, replacing the scatter of disconnected tools most institutions ran on.
02. My Role
End-to-End Ownership
As co-founder I led the whole lifecycle, from ideation and architecture through sales and institution training. I personally built the web portals and the Android and iOS apps.
We worked closely with our partner institutions to align features with real academic workflows, and the platform grew to more than 120,000 students, parents, and teachers.

Outcome
The platform cut administrative workload for institutions and gave parents real-time visibility they had never had. The venture ended in a successful exit in 2014, my first, and taught me how much customer empathy at the deployment stage drives product success.
