ElectionBuddy automates the full election workflow for unions, nonprofits, schools, and HOAs, from nominations through result calculation and multi-channel ballot distribution. More than 16,000 organizations run secure elections on it. Election integrity is the entire product, so there are no low-stakes releases.
02. The V2 Rewrite
Ten Months Against a Fifteen-Month Plan
I led the product side of the complete rewrite from the legacy V1 platform, delivered in 10 months against a 15-month plan.
Feature priorities came from behavioral data in FullStory rather than the loudest request, and those data-informed releases drove 70% year-over-year revenue growth. Zapier automation removed 60% of manual operations along the way, which mattered as much as the features: a small team cannot grow revenue 70% while drowning in manual work.
